About Fair Thompson

While obtaining an undergraduate degree in French and business from The University of Texas, Fair began her career in real estate facilitating the acquisition and management of shopping center and office space in Québec and Alberta. In 2004, Fair parlayed her commercial experience into a career in the Austin Luxury residential real estate market. 

Beginning with a comprehensive assessment of her clients buying and selling needs, Fair's service-obsessed mindset means she always takes the extra step for her clients.  With a curated network of top professional service providers, careful contract analysis, timeline management and value leverage, Fair provides a streamlined experience.

A resident of Zilker neighborhood, Fair is actively involved in her community. She spends her free time with her two children and honing her love of designing beautiful floral creations.
